Keep up to Yahoo Web service

description

I found that it was failed to obtain unauthorized request token from OAuth in Yahoo! API with 1.2.1.3.

Through survey, I found next 2 item are needed to connect OAuth in Yahoo! API .
  1. As signature method, use plaintext instead of HMACSHA1.
  2. Get time as UTC not local time.

  1. is very easy. Just DO IT, me. :P
  2. is at a loss.
Now, need for plaintext method is found only for url of https.
Then use plaintext method when url of https was assigned would be reasonable choice.
